Vault Custody Agreement - Precious Metals

To open a Vault Custody account for Precious Metals at BlueVault, complete our Vault Custody Agreement - Precious Metals form and mail or email it to BlueVault along with the following:

1. A copy of a government photo ID issued in the U.S. (federal, state, region, county, parish, city)
2. A copy of a utility bill or statement with both your name and U.S. physical address.

Entity Resolution Form

To open a Vault Custody account under the name of a company or entity, complete our Entity Resolution form, have it notarized, and return it to BlueVault along with your completed Vault Custody Agreement form and a copy of your ID and utility bill.

Trustee Certification Form

To open a Vault Custody account under the name of a trust, complete our Trust Certification form, have it notarized, and return it to BlueVault along with your completed Vault Custody Agreement form and a copy of your ID and utility bill.
